About this role
Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of Farmer-profile clients, ensuring account retention and profitability.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and commercial partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the base of agencies and partners.
Monitor client performance, targets and financial results, proposing continuous improvements.
Conduct strategic and data analyses to support commercial decisions and actions.
Analyze customer KPIs and performance to identify commercial opportunities and prioritize actions within the portfolio;
Evaluate and define a contact/visit plan for portfolio clients, customizing the strategy.
Interpret reports and monitor KPIs on a weekly basis;
Prepare presentations, reports and analyses presenting the results of each action to partners.
Act as HotelDO's representative in assigned destinations, developing relationships with the tourism trade to identify and develop local opportunities.
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Tourism or related fields.
Proven experience as a Sales/Account Executive in the tourism or hospitality sector.
Farmer profile, focused on managing and monetizing client portfolios.
Ability to prospect and onboard new agencies and commercial partners.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
Availability to travel and visit clients.
Performance-driven, with a focus on delivering financial results and targets.
Experience in the tourism market (hotels, receptive services, tour operators, travel agencies, etc.);
Active driver's license (CNH) and a personal vehicle are required;
Reside in Rio de Janeiro, preferably near the Mountain Region (Região Serrana).
