Support the Manager in overseeing daily field sales operations
Serve as a professional brand ambassador and sales leader
Actively engage in face-to-face package sales and guest interaction
Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to Vacation Sales Agents
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements
Monitor individual and team performance against established production goals
Assist with workforce scheduling, break coverage, and event staffing logistics
Support setup, teardown, and overall presentation of sales booths and displays
Responsible for travel arrangements for self and team members

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively coach, counsel and motivate direct reports
Provide exceptional customer service
Ability to efficiently multi-task
Ability to negotiate effectively
Ability to recruit, train and develop employees
Detail oriented and accurate
Problem solving ability
Technical Skills: Maintain up to date knowledge on all company systems such as Mainframe, Journey, Workday
2 years marketing/sales experience required, primarily in vacation ownership industry
