Assist with procurement activities, including obtaining quotes, preparing RFQs, and maintaining corporate rate information.
Support logistics coordination.
Assist with maintaining audit logs, conducting inspections, and supporting operational efficiency initiatives.
Assist with maintain Health & Safety documentation and inspection records.
Support operations through field inspections, contract reviews, and contract data collection and organization.
Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assist team members with day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects.
Support administrative and operational activities.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in University or College and working towards a degree or diploma.
Educational experience in math, accounting, economics and/or business would be an asset.
Knowledge of the environmental services sector would be an asset.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication with strong writing and editorial abilities.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Highly organized.
Competent when working independently, and on a team.
