Reporting to the Head of Mining Solutions and Technology, the Operational Transformation Manager is responsible for orchestrating and executing complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives across the mining business
Translate strategic priorities into actionable, integrated program plans and drive disciplined execution through structured project management and strong stakeholder alignment
Develop and maintain the end-to-end transformation roadmap, establish governance and performance tracking frameworks
Act as a central coordinator and advisor, working closely with senior leaders to mobilize initiatives, surface and manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of key outcomes
Lead working teams to execute initiatives, remove barriers, and maintain momentum to achieve sustained operational improvements aligned with strategic objectives

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline
Background in project/program management, operational excellence, or consulting is strongly preferred
5–10+ years of experience in consulting, mining, operations, or industrial environments
Demonstrated experience leading complex transformation or strategic initiatives
Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple levels without direct authority
Experience working closely with senior leadership in a high-impact, cross-functional role
