Investigate, evaluate, and manage low to moderately complex auto claims
Determine coverage, assess liability, and negotiate fair settlements
Ensure compliance with state regulations
Guide customers through the total loss process
Collaborate with internal and external partners
Use strong communication, technical, and problem-solving skills to resolve claims
Support business objectives by effectively managing claims

Experience in an inbound phone-intensive, contact center environment using a headset
Knowledge of how to build lasting relationships with internal and external customers and business partners
Computer literacy in a Windows operation environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to implement and adapt to rapid change
Creative, innovative and forward-thinking mindset
Able to navigate and work in multiple systems simultaneously
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
1+ years of claims adjusting experience required
1 year of customer service experience preferred
1 year of customer contact experience preferred
Current Insurance Adjuster License required
