Support the department in its operational activities;
Develop and update management reports (penetration, competition, financing profile, etc.);
Assist in integrating teams to exchange and align information for various analyses;
Interface with partner areas: sales, marketing and automakers, to share information;
Support the preparation of departmental presentations;
Assist in automating the department's reports and processes;
Work with a focus on identifying improvements (workflows, processes, methodologies, etc.);
Draft and formalize meeting minutes;

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Accounting (minimum of 2 years remaining until graduation)
Intermediate English (listening, reading, and speaking)
Ability to develop clear and accurate reports and creative presentations through proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills
Detail-oriented with strong reasoning and persuasion skills
Communication: ability to express ideas clearly
Autonomous, proactive, and multi-skilled
