About this role
Role Overview
Lead and grow the pipeline of qualified opportunities for their branding and marketing services — from prospecting to proposal to pitch.
Proactively generate and qualify leads across key sectors – with a focus on real estate (e.g., multifamily, mixed-use, office) and hospitality.
Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals that win and inspire.
Maintain and report on the group’s HubSpot pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting.
Be the front line at industry events and conferences as a key representative of the company brand and voice.
Work closely Leadership, Chief Growth Officer, and Head of Sales to define and execute company growth strategy.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales and business development; real estate industry experience and network strongly preferred.
Deep understanding of branding, marketing, and creative services.
Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
HubSpot (or similar CRM) experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
