Source and evaluate IDC providers and infrastructure partners across key European markets to support localized deployment and expansion
Establish and manage commercial partnerships with major European telecom operators to enhance connectivity, reduce latency, and strengthen network reliability through peering and routing optimization
Act as the key commercial contact for regional carrier partners, maintaining long-term strategic collaboration
Coordinate with internal operations teams and external carriers to resolve network performance issues and support service optimization initiatives
Provide insights into European carrier ecosystems, regulatory environments, and interconnection strategies to support regional infrastructure planning
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, telecom, or cloud-related environments
Technical background in IDC, networking, or cloud infrastructure with practical experience working with telecom operators, cloud providers, or large-scale internet environments including CDN
Strong understanding of peering, routing optimization, and interconnection models within carrier or IDC environments
Proven commercial negotiation capability with experience managing cross-border carrier or infrastructure partnerships across multiple European markets
Excellent working-level proficiency in both English and Chinese Mandarin, written and spoken, to manage internal and external communications and documentation
Familiarity with contract structures and basic legal considerations in commercial negotiations.
