Senior Sales Operations Specialist

Role Overview

• Precisely execute contract changes related to our rate change process
• Perform existing client contract research in Salesforce
• Navigate, contract, and process client assignment agreements
• Ensure that contractual terms follow processes and guidelines
• Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous learning around AI applications
• Cross-Train/Mentor Associate team members
• Daily monitoring of Salesforce dashboards
• Partner closely with Finance, Sales Operations, and Billing
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements
• Create and maintain process-related reference documents

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5–7+ years of proposals or contract experience required
• Experience working with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Billing preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent data entry skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Self-starter and driver who owns their book of business end-to-end
• Comfort working with complex concepts and specialized programs
