Monitor the lifecycle of creative projects, ensuring all tasks remain current and deadlines are visible to relevant teams.
Support the Lead Producer by triaging incoming requests.
Plan and organize project kick-off meetings.
Collaborate closely with the creative team and provides clear updates to partners.
Conduct initial reviews of creative deliverables to confirm alignment with brief requirements before stakeholder review.
Demonstrate a consistent spirit of partnership, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, Design, or related field.
Agency and/or in-house marketing experience (project management, account management, editorial content management, integrated marketing).
Pro-active with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
Positive, solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work across disciplines.
Experience in Airtable or similar project/work management tools is a plus.
