About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for driving strategy and delivering growth in strategic priority categories.
Partner with senior executives and leaders across the organization to deliver on the strategy.
Manage Strategic Account Managers to build accounts through account planning, performance analysis, inventory insights, and exclusive deals.
Lead annual and quarterly business planning and performance tracking for category.
Conduct deep dive analysis on business performance issues and implement corrective actions.
Develop strong relationships across the organization to address pain points and implement growth initiatives.
Requirements
7+ years experience in Business Management, Omni-Channel Category Merchandising, Account Management, digital commerce or a related area.
E-Commerce experience strongly preferred.
Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal and influential skills.
Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency.
