Analyze, underwrite and accept technical risks to ensure the defined sustainable growth and profitability of the product
Monitor and analyze co-insurance participations to ensure the Company’s contractual obligations are met
Ensure service levels (number of blocks + Service-Level Agreement)
Arrange facultative reinsurance as required to cover underwritten liabilities
Periodically review issuance of premiums, guarantees and outputs, reporting and following up on any IT incidents
Provide training and technical support to the Company’s commercial area and to brokers

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics or Engineering (minimum)
Strong knowledge of Property insurance lines
Minimum 3–4 years’ professional experience in underwriting (preferred)
Proficient in MS Office — Excel
Fluent in Portuguese
Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
Knowledge of AI, specifically ChatGPT
