Marketing Specialist – Environmental Practice

Role Overview

• Support producers and account teams by owning the marketing and placement workflow for environmental/pollution liability business insurance submissions.
• Analyze submissions, recommend market strategies, negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers, prepare proposals, and bind coverage as appropriate.
• Provide technical environmental insurance expertise, maintain carrier relationships, and ensure placements meet agency quality and service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in science, engineering, math, and/or risk management/insurance is preferred.
• P&C Insurance License and/or surplus lines license.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within the environmental insurance space (brokerage, underwriting, consulting, loss control, or claims) with demonstrable experience handling environmental/pollution placements.
• Proven track record of managing book(s) of business or a steady flow of environmental submissions.
