- Participate in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strategic L&D leadership & stakeholder management
- End‑to‑end learning delivery
- Lending Experience or facility with lending businesses and products
- Project & program management
- Data‑driven evaluation & impact measurement
- Loan IQ knowledge
- Experience in operations within an investment bank.
- Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement
- Cross‑cultural leadership
