Assist with employee relations, investigations, disciplinary action, and onboarding
Serve as HR Business Partner to Project leadership
Provide human resources services, including records management, AA/EEO compliance, and completing personnel transactions
Maintain HR records and employee files in accordance with compliance regulations and policies
Work closely with payroll and other departments, exercising discretion while working with highly confidential information
Coordinate with HR leadership and Operations to troubleshoot and provide coaching and consultation in the areas of employee relations and performance management
Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending courses of action
Assist the workforce with identifying employee concerns, clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions and implementing selected solutions
Conduct voluntary and involuntary exit meetings in conjunction with Project Leadership
Handle assignments and support the Project as needed
Requirements
Proven experience as HR Generalist
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Costpoint) preferred
