Champion the adoption of AI technologies by equipping the team with best practices and fostering a culture of experimentation to drive innovation in People processes.
Enhance Workday system performance and data quality by identifying and responsibly integrating AI-powered solutions that streamline HR operations and deliver measurable impact across the employee lifecycle at Pinterest.
Lead end-to-end delivery of HR transformation projects, ensuring effective integration, high user adoption, and alignment with organizational goals. Drive best practices in project management, documentation, testing, change management, and training.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Tech-savvy HR Professional with 5+ years HR Tech experience, with significant hands-on expertise implementing, configuring, and supporting HRIS tools (Workday Experience Required).
Proven ability to drive successful technology projects from concept through implementation, including process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and change management.
Strategic, innovative thinker who can bridge the gap between technical and business perspectives, and who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Excellent communicator and collaborator experienced in stakeholder management, business analysis, and user training.
