PT Sales Specialist

Role Overview

• Generate subscription sales through inbound and outbound phone outreach.
• Educate prospective customers on subscription options and promotions.
• Build rapport with customers and identify their needs.
• Effectively overcome objections and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve sales goals and performance objectives.

Requirements

• You must reside in Pennsylvania.
• Previous remote work experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software systems.
• Previous sales experience, especially phone-based sales (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Experience working in a call center or subscription-based sales environment (preferred).
• Familiarity with Newzware or similar customer management software (preferred).
