About this role
Role Overview
- 协助策划、执行并复盘各品牌线上营销活动，维护线上运营体系。
- 协助搭建社交平台矩阵，提升品牌曝光与流量转化。
- 完成渠道营销相关辅助工作，保障终端促销正常运行。
- 支持展会、大型品牌活动的筹备、现场协调与收尾工作，保障活动顺利开展。
- 定期输出运营周报、月报，拆解核心数据，完成活动复盘并给出优化方案。
- 对接各相关部门，协同推进工作，完成部门日常及临时任务，适配多线工作。
Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、新媒体等相关专业优先。
- 3年以上 B2C 品牌社媒、数字营销经验，熟悉主流新媒体平台及账号运营。
- 擅长文案创作、短视频剪辑，熟练使用剪映、AI 工具及 Office 软件，具备审美能力。
- 掌握基础数据分析技能，能复盘数据、分析竞品并提出可行优化建议。
- 英语读写听说流利。
- 沟通协调能力强，抗压性好，能适应快节奏、多任务、多品牌并行的工作模式。
- 工作认真负责、执行力强，具备市场敏感度、学习能力与团队精神。
