About this role
Role Overview
- You manage multiple website projects simultaneously — from initial concept through to handover.
- You create realistic project plans, set priorities, and proactively respond to risks.
- You monitor budgets, schedules, and quality, ensuring that agreed objectives are met.
- You prepare decision materials, escalate at the right levels, and keep all stakeholders transparently informed.
- You plan staffing and manage workload allocation within your team.
- You coordinate collaboration between internal departments and external service providers.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of project management experience — ideally from an agency or consulting environment
- “Digital” is your middle name
- Confident communication in German and English
- Tool expertise: Jira, Confluence and Miro
- Experience with BCS Projektron (if not: you will learn it with us)
- Experience with complex website setups
