Assess the current status of global patient production resources
Identify best-in-class processes, tools, and cost advantages
Differentiate the processes, products, and solutions for the centralized production facility
Develop a centralized manufacturing strategy and presence
Establish and expand an integrated production and process chain
Migrate local production processes into a centralized manufacturing process chain
Provide technical leadership to local units on all matters related to production processes

Completed university degree at Master’s level
At least 8 years of experience leading a medical device manufacturing operation
Extensive experience building and operating a centralized production structure
Solid knowledge of production processes and tools for batch-size-1 products
Strategic and forward-thinking mindset with persuasive and assertive capabilities
Strong numerical affinity and experience with metrics/KPIs
Excellent German and English skills
