HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition Partner

Role Overview

• Partner with hiring managers to draft, revise, and maintain job descriptions.
• Post and manage job listings across internal platforms and external job boards.
• Monitor incoming applications and manage candidate screening.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support offer letter preparation and facilitate pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks including new hire documentation.
• Maintain records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS.
• Take ownership of reporting and implementing new HR and recruiting tools.
• Evaluate and improve onboarding/offboarding workflows.

Requirements

• 1
• 3 years of experience in an HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition support role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience screening CVs and conducting initial filter interviews.
• High attention to detail and follow-through.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
