Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or relevant Master’s degree a plus
- 4+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or finance
- Strong interest in retail and understanding of industry dynamics
- Strong quantitative skills, including model building and insight generation
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to develop project plans and manage project execution
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional partners
- Ability to handle ambiguity and change
- Ability to work across a wide breadth of topics
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
