Develops, analyzes, and maintains key objectives for the brand strategy of Spravato
Collaborates with cross-functional partners (medical, finance, sales, market access, supply chain, and global) to effectively develop and execute the marketing plan
Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customers, scientific leaders, treatment centers, and stakeholders
Develops tactical and operational marketing plans and contributes to market insights generation
Ensures quality and consistency across brand materials while maintaining compliance
Assesses brand performance, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to shape new marketing initiatives
Leads brand planning, forecasting inputs, business analysis, and drives key strategic projects
Represents the brand in core teams and cross-functional working groups
Supports lifecycle management planning and identifies long-term growth opportunities
Integrates Credo values and leadership imperatives into decision-making and daily work
Requirements
Deep expertise and extensive hands-on experience in marketing (minimum 5+ years of practical experience)
Proven ability to rapidly establish strong relationships with KOLs; plan, organize, and execute large-scale marketing initiatives, working closely with Sales to ensure high-quality execution
Strong ability to work side by side with Sales to diagnose business challenges, develop actionable solutions, and partner deeply with Sales to drive issue resolution
Preferably, rich experience in Psychiatry or in new product launches
Fluent in English, with strong professional communication skills
