Responsible for the overall day-to-day management, coordination, and quality delivery of the Regional Nutrition Programme
Support implementation across programme locations, with frequent travel to Uganda and other project sites
Ensure strong coordination between Kenya and Uganda implementation teams and support consistent application of the programme model across sites
Lead the full project cycle management of assigned programme components, from planning and implementation follow-up through reporting, adaptation, and close-out support
Ensure programme delivery meets internal and external quality standards, donor expectations, and IsraAID’s technical and ethical protocols
Support the incorporation of assessment findings, community feedback, and implementation learning into programme adaptation and decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Public Health, International Development, Project Management, Social Sciences, Humanitarian Affairs, or a related field
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in humanitarian and/or development programme management
Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating multisector nutrition or health programmes in complex operational settings
Strong coordination, planning, and prioritization skills and ability to work effectively in a matrix structure
Practical problem-solving ability and comfort managing multiple moving parts in a complex programme
Good understanding of programme management processes, including work planning, budgeting follow-up, reporting, and coordination
