As a Financial Support Services Specialist, you will be recognized as a business-domain and platform expert.
You will be the primary point of contact for our customers who have chosen Pennylane as the central software for their accounting and financial management.
You will be at the heart of the 360° customer experience, helping clients and their accountants leverage the full power of Pennylane to support their growth.
You will act as the central liaison between client company leaders, their in-house accountants, and the Support team.
You will be in daily contact with users and seek to understand the issues they encounter.
After investigating, your goal is to provide an answer or solution to the user or, when necessary, escalate the issue to the technical teams.
Requirements
Several years of experience working at a neobank, an online bank, or a traditional bank.
Excellent understanding of banking systems.
Previous experience in B2B support required.
Comfortable with daily phone interactions with clients.
Experience working directly with company leaders (e.g., internal advisory) is a plus.
Available for a flexible schedule, including rotating hours, to meet client needs.
Interest in technology is a plus, particularly familiarity with current FinTech products on the market.
