You analyze existing TikTok Shops creators in terms of performance, audience fit and brand alignment.
You identify new, promising talents and evaluate their potential based on data.
You negotiate, manage and scale creator partnerships β from micro-creators to established top-performing TikTok Shops creators.
Long-term relationships are prioritized over one-off deals.
You design and organize online webinars and virtual events for our creator community β for training, activation and retention.
You develop content ideas and write clear, creative briefs that give creators real freedom while aligning with our brand.
You build a high-performing affiliate network specifically for TikTok Shops β including commission models, tracking structures and performance reporting.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in creator, influencer or affiliate management, ideally in e-commerce
Deep understanding of the TikTok platform and, in particular, TikTok Shops (hands-on experience with the TikTok Shop backend is a clear plus)
You assess creator potential not only by follower counts but by engagement, conversion and authenticity
Strong negotiation skills and a good sense for fair, scalable deals
Hands-on mentality, structured working style and a passion for data-driven decisions
Very good German and good English skills.
