Support day-to-day HR operations including payroll coordination via external vendors as needed
Contribute to operational accuracy and process stability in a lean team environment
Collaborate with Finance and IR to provide accurate HR data for corporate disclosures and ensure compliance with KOSDAQ requirements
Support tax-related processes for equity programs, including withholding tax handling and coordination with relevant stakeholders and external vendors
Assist with compliance-related documentation and reporting for public company requirements
Evaluate and improve current stock-based compensation programs (Stock Options, etc.)
Support the design and implementation of new equity incentive schemes aligned with a KOSDAQ-listed environment and global growth
Support operational processes related to stock option exercises, taxation, and equity administration
Conduct data-driven compensation benchmarking and analyze peer group data within the industry to support informed salary and incentive decisions
Refine, administer, and continuously improve existing Total Rewards programs integrating cash, benefits, and equity to support high talent density and long-term retention
Work with the global HR team to develop and improve internal HR workflows, documentation, and employee-facing materials (e.g., onboarding guides, welcome handbooks) to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
Participate in and support key HR initiatives, including the introduction of new equity programs and the setup of HR processes for new international entities
Support implementation and operationalization of evolving global reward programs
Support HR forecasting and operational follow-up processes, including workforce planning, compensation tracking, and coordination of ongoing HR initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field
6+ years of relevant HR experience
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience in Compensation & Benefits and/or equity administration within a public company or fast-growing organization is preferred
Basic understanding of Korean labor law and compensation-related processes
Familiarity with stock option administration, equity taxation, or global payroll processes is a plus
Business-level English communication skills for collaboration with global stakeholders
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite; familiarity with HRIS or equity platforms is a plus
Experience in biotech/life sciences, global organizations, or support for international entities is a plus
Experience with compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer) is preferred
Experience operating in or supporting a China-based entity within a global organization; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
