Role Overview
- Lead delivery of a high-quality, end-to-end HR service across multiple sites
- Partner with operational leaders and Trade Unions
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary HR team
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including complex cases
- Drive people strategy and continuous improvement
Requirements
- CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent) with strong up-to-date employment law expertise
- Proven HR leader with multi-site experience
- Confident using people data and KPIs (e.g. attrition, absence)
- Strong relationship builder with a passion for employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion
