Work with MIAM Operations team and partner closely with stakeholders across the business
Guide and facilitate cross-functional team members in fraud risk management workstreams
Influence business strategies and solutions on fraud risk requirements
Execute risk assessments with business partners and lines of business
Identify operational inefficiencies and emerging fraud management risks
Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and requests
Manage and respond to regulatory requests
Periodically brief executive management on projects and initiatives
Serve as a mentor to peers and team members
Develop and execute training plans tied to fraud risk management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
6 years of operations experience in a relevant functional area including financial services, Fraud, AML, compliance, risk, audit, third party risk management
4 years of fraud, compliance, risk, audit, or regulatory related experience
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulatory, compliance, industry regulations
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate
Knowledge of federal laws, rules, and regulations
