Advise clients on issuing service and/or product invoices;
Explain how the Contajá platform works;
Ensure the client begins operations with confidence and clarity about their tax processes;
Identify recurring difficulties and propose improvements to training processes;
Ensure a positive and welcoming experience at the start of the client journey.
Requirements
Knowledge of customer retention strategies;
Intermediate skills in data analysis and reporting;
Experience with communication tools and CRM systems;
Knowledge of tax planning, payroll and accounting;
Knowledge of company formation, amendment and dissolution processes;
Basic skills in CS and/or CX;
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Bachelor's degree in progress in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
