Role Overview

• Managing and controlling the day-to-day operations of Payment Integrity Operations
• Delivering business value through the use of enterprise information
• Designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise refund & recovery management information
• Structuring, organizing, storing, retrieving, analyzing, and reporting operational and production data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 6 years related business and management experience or its equivalent
• Technical knowledge of group products and claims operations
• Ability to analyze contract language and processes and procedures
• Effective verbal, written and leadership skills
