Partners with commercial leadership to structure transactions and business arrangements
Serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders
Identifies, assesses, and manages legal risk across commercial activities
Collaborates cross-functionally with finance, tax, compliance, and other teams
Develops and delivers training, tools, and guidance to enhance commercial contracting practices
Effectively manages outside counsel

Juris Doctorate degree required
Active license to practice law in a U.S. state
Minimum of ten years of licensed legal experience
Minimum of five years of experience of legal experience supporting trading or trade floor operations
Strong business acumen with the ability to align legal advice to commercial objectives
Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills
Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
Strong negotiation and contract drafting capabilities
Ability to identify and manage legal risk while enabling business outcomes
