Requirements
10+ years of experience writing coverage opinions, litigating coverage in declaratory judgment actions, and/or analyzing policy language in the preparation of coverage evaluations for insurers.
Deep understanding of insurance operations—from product development to claims and regulatory compliance
Exceptional communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active State Bar membership
Completion of the Program in General Insurance preferred
