Provide high-level executive administrative support to the Vice President of Caremark Trade Relations
Proactively manage and coordinate the VP’s daily schedule, calendar, contacts, and high volume of communications
Arrange and schedule internal and external meetings
Execute complex meeting and event preparation
Arrange domestic and international travel and all related accommodations
Requirements
3+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting senior leadership
Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, executive phone coverage, and detailed work and travel itineraries
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
Proven ability to work with and maintain confidential information
Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities accurately and professionally
