Getting out onto farms to help deploy Halter with our first customers — this is hands-on work, not desk work.
Building close relationships with our pioneering producers, deeply understanding how they operate, and learning what the product needs to do to deliver real value in this context.
Feeding those learnings back clearly and rigorously to our product and engineering teams in New Zealand, so we're always building what matters most.
Helping us understand the nuances of South American cattle production. The animals, the land, the practices and sharing that context throughout the company.
Thinking critically about the product end-to-end and identifying what we need to fix, improve, or build next.
Working with our first customers to make sure they're getting the most out of Halter and seeing real results.
Partnering across the commercial team to maintain strong alignment as we scale.
Whatever else it takes to make Halter succeed in South America.
