Role Overview
Partner management: You are the primary point of contact in the business relationship, independently prepare and follow up supplier meetings, and keep all internal stakeholders informed after strategic meetings.
Process optimization & coordination: You actively connect suppliers with internal stakeholders.
Assortment & negotiation: You take responsibility for price and contract negotiations in close coordination with your team lead. This also includes targeted request-for-proposals and detailed offer comparisons.
Contract drafting & finalization: You provide commercial support in contract drafting together with the team lead and coordinate continuously with the supplier until the final contract is signed.
Cost optimization: You identify and realize savings potential by critically analyzing existing terms and delivery agreements and, if necessary, initiating supplier changes.
Strategy: You autonomously manage a defined set of suppliers and independently develop tailored supplier strategies in close coordination with your team lead.
Reporting & data maintenance: You are responsible for creating reports and detailed KPI analyses. You also ensure careful maintenance of supplier contacts and data in our systems.
Process optimization & coordination: You actively link suppliers with internal interfaces, support the continuous improvement of procurement processes and work closely and cooperatively with other departments.
Data-driven problem solving & innovation: You use data purposefully to solve problems, proactively contribute new ideas, and work on cross-departmental process improvements.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in procurement and/or partner management
Strong market and business acumen
Product knowledge or initial exposure in areas such as barrier technology, construction site supplies or street furniture is a plus
Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
Structured, independent working style
Strong in data analysis; proficient in using reporting tools
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, and a confident presence
