Holistic account management: You are responsible for building and developing key accounts across the DACH region, with a strong focus on Germany. You identify cross
and up-selling opportunities and support our customers long-term in their digitalization initiatives.
Business development & new customer acquisition: Together with Marketing and internal specialist teams, you acquire new customers, advance existing sales pipelines and implement targeted sales and LinkedIn campaigns.
Consulting & presentation: You present our solutions directly to customers — from specialist departments to C-level — and persuade through a professional manner and solution-oriented advice.
Proposal & contract management: You independently prepare customer-specific proposals and presales materials, conduct contract and price negotiations and coordinate closely with international teams and delivery units.
Market & customer management: You maintain customer and opportunity data in the CRM system, monitor market and technology trends and represent Qualysoft at trade fairs and industry events.
Requirements
Several years of sales experience (ideally 5–10 years) in B2B sales, preferably in an IT environment or in the sale of IT services.
Good knowledge of IT and software solutions and a strong interest in technological topics.
Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
Driver’s license (class B).
Very good German and English language skills.
Independent, structured and customer-focused working style.
Professional demeanour, strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact.
An existing network in corporate or IT environments is an advantage.
