Execute full-cycle recruiting and onboarding activities for high-volume, US-based roles, including managing candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer generation.
Proactively source and maintain a dedicated talent pipeline for Educator positions, ensuring a pool of qualified candidates is available to meet ongoing and future hiring demands.
Conduct and coordinate initial screening and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications, alignment with company culture, and adherence to safety/quality compliance standards.
Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, handling initial outreach, scheduling interviews, and executing a structured follow-up process through the final stages of onboarding.
Maintain data integrity by meticulously tracking and updating all candidate activity and hiring statuses within the Applicant Tracking System (Workable).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Native/Advanced English fluency (written and verbal) is mandatory.
Strong "Scraping" skills and mastery of creative sourcing techniques.
Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms (HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, Workable, etc.) is a plus.
Self-motivated, results-driven professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to optimize time management.
