About this role

Calculation of PDA breakdown.
Establish direct communication with maritime agents and service providers for port operations (restrictions/supplies).
Validate and send proforma disbursements to agents, ensuring data accuracy, operational compliance, and adherence to agreed terms.
Validate FDA (Final Disbursement Account) and ensure compliance with agreements and ANTAQ regulations for current port tariffs.
Estimate operational costs for port calls at different ports, in alignment with the Chartering team.
Manage outstanding costs for each voyage, provisioning pending amounts and presenting them at the monthly meeting with the financial planning team.
Receive, analyze, and compare actual costs versus estimates, identifying variances and proposing improvements.
Understand and apply ANTAQ
SAMA regulatory processes, including cargo circularization, authorization requests, communication with agents/operators, and management of authorization closures.
