About this role
Role Overview
Define and lead an Americas-wide shopper marketing strategy aligned to client priorities and growth objectives
Translate shopper insight into scalable, commercially impactful strategies
Ensure consistency and adoption of global shopper marketing frameworks across Americas clients
Drive sustainable revenue growth through expansion of shopper marketing scope with existing clients
Identify white-space opportunities to unlock incremental revenue and capability expansion
Lead strategic new business initiatives, including multi-market pitches and shopper capability programs
Act as a senior strategic advisor to client leadership teams
Partner with clients to assess shopper marketing maturity and co-develop capability roadmaps
Design and deliver joint workshops, training, and transformation initiatives that drive value and revenue
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Americas shopper marketing community
Build future-ready capability across insight, strategy, activation, and measurement
Foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Champion innovation across omnichannel planning, retail media, and data-led activation
Develop and deliver thought leadership through executive briefings, client events, and industry forums
Position the business as a long-term strategic partner in shopper transformation, not just execution
Partner closely with insight, analytics, activation, and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions
Align Americas initiatives with global frameworks and best practice
Embed shopper-first thinking across client engagements and internal teams
Requirements
Proven senior leadership experience in shopper marketing, retail strategy, or related disciplines
Deep understanding of CPG, US and Latin American retail environments, and shopper decision-making
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth
Experience leading multi-market teams and complex client engagements across the Americas
Consultancy mindset with the ability to influence at C-suite and senior client levels
Strong communicator able to translate insight into compelling strategic narratives
