Fully dedicated to one of the Beauty division’s key accounts, the Account Executive will assist senior sales staff with the following responsibilities:
Brief preparation: drafting client briefs according to their specifications.
Administrative management of commercial projects: sending briefs to the Asia purchasing office; analyzing and processing received quotations; ensuring proper receipt and compliance of mock-ups/prototypes at our offices.
Order management in close collaboration with the Quality and Logistics departments: taking feedback from our Quality team (internal) and tracking orders with our Logistics team (internal); communicating production and client feedback to the factories (in Asia) to enable validation of order elements (BAG, lab dips, BAT, …); ensuring validation deadlines are met; updating and maintaining the retro-planning/timeline; preparing invoicing.
Strong organizational, synthesis and adaptability skills to follow multiple productions and meet the requirements of the client and their various brands.

You have at least one year of project management experience (including internships and work-study), preferably in the cosmetics or fashion sector.
Operational English required.
Good knowledge of the Adobe suite, particularly Illustrator.
