About this role
Role Overview
- You will become the ALB point of contact for your area.
- Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations...).
- Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and relationships with owners and guests).
- Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote / field work).
Requirements
- Persuasive: You can convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
- Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other field, your willingness to learn and do a great job is what matters.
- Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
