About this role
Role Overview
- You will become ALB's regional point of contact.
- Development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations...).
- Operations: Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and relationships with owners and guests).
- Freedom: Organize your own schedule and work from wherever you choose (partial remote / field work).
Requirements
- Persuasiveness: You can convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
- Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other field — your willingness to learn and do excellent work matters most.
- Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
