Role Overview
- Business development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations...).
- Portfolio management: Run your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations).
- Freedom: Organize your own schedule and work from wherever you want (partial remote / field work).
Requirements
- Persuasiveness: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
- Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other field — your willingness to learn and to do the job well is what matters.
- Autonomous: You want the freedom to manage your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
