Provide hands-on leadership for Project Managers, supporting workload balance, professional development, accountability, engagement, and clear performance expectations.
Oversee transportation planning and design projects, ensuring project financials, staffing, schedules, scope, quality, priorities, and client expectations are actively managed.
Serve as a trusted client contact for public and private sector clients while supporting proposals, interviews, business planning, municipal approvals, and new work development.
Represent Fisher in professional organizations and community activities while strengthening market visibility, team morale, sustainable growth, and long-term client relationships.
Requirements
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field required; Professional Engineering License (PE) required.
15+ years of transportation, roadway, or highway engineering experience, including at least 5 years of project management experience.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to use dashboards, metrics, budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and data to drive accountability and results.
Familiarity with PennDOT or PTC design standards required; proficiency in MS Office required; MicroStation experience preferred.
