- Build trusted client relationships and manage expectations
- Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions
- Own workstreams across multiple concurrent projects
- Work closely with TMX teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Support proposals and contribute to business development
- Improve TMX tools, methods and ways of working
- Help build team capability and performance
- Represent TMX through strong delivery and client engagement
Requirements
- Extensive experience across supply chain consulting, logistics, operations or similar
- Proven experience delivering projects that drive cost reduction, optimisation or operational performance
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and modelling skills
- Ability to break down complex problems and structure clear solutions
- Experience working with clients and managing stakeholder relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how to create value
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field
