About this role

Lead all site supply chain functions including production planning & scheduling, material planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics
Ensure synchronization between demand, supply, and manufacturing capabilities
Own the site supply plan to meet customer demand and network requirements
Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
Ensure efficient warehouse operations including GMP compliance and logistics performance
Own and drive site supply chain KPIs including OTIF service level and inventory metrics
Implement performance routines and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma principles
Partner closely with site operations, quality & regulatory, finance, and global/regional planning teams
Lead and develop the site supply chain team and build future-state supply chain capabilities

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
10+ years of experience in supply chain within manufacturing/pharma environment
Proven leadership experience in end-to-end supply chain roles
Strong understanding of planning systems (SAP/APO/IBP or similar)
Experience in GMP-regulated environment
