Role Overview
- Lead the civil design and delivery of water infrastructure projects
- Provide technical oversight across pipelines and treatment assets
- Support projects across the full lifecycle — from concept design through to detailed design and Design & Construct delivery
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Work with clients, building strong and trusted relationships
- Contribute to bids, proposals and business development
- Collaborate across interstate teams (VIC, SA, QLD, WA) to deliver integrated solutions
- Drive technical excellence and continuously improve delivery standards
Requirements
- 6 + years’ experience in civil engineering
- Strong background in water infrastructure ( Treatment and supply infrastructure )
- Experience in a consulting or project delivery environment
- Proven ability to mentor engineers
- Experience working on multidisciplinary projects
- Registrations & experience Chartered Engineer (CPEng) / RPEV RPEQ highly regarded
