Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns.
Assisting with content creation (social media, website, internal comms).
Helping manage and update marketing materials and collateral.
Drafting internal and external communications and associated content.
Supporting PR activity, including press releases and media engagement.
Monitoring coverage and tracking marketing performance.
Collaborating with stakeholders within the business to create compelling marketing materials that present Squarcle’s products and services in a professional manner.
Supporting the coordination and delivery of events (webinars, conferences, networking, exhibitions).
Helping maximise value from events (content, leads, visibility).
Maintaining marketing trackers and reporting.
Supporting bid and business development activity where needed.
Working across teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Provide flexible support across broader business development activities as required, adapting to evolving priorities and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the function.
Requirements
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 yrs experience in a marketing, communications or events role within a professional services firm or an equivalent industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive marketing content.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and content editing software (Canva, InDesign).
Ability to create visually compelling marketing material for both an internal and external audience, helping to promote Squarcle products, capabilities, and brand.
Basic understanding of B2B marketing.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g. social media, LinkedIn).
Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, demonstrating resilience and resourcefulness.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
