Own global pricing governance, frameworks, and processes, ensuring both control and speed
Lead the development of pricing systems, digital tools, and automation (e.g. PriceFX)
Build, lead, and develop a global pricing team
Influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing

Strong experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or commercial leadership within a B2B environment
Proven ability to lead pricing strategy and transformation initiatives
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with sales organisations and support commercial decision-making
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving profitability and growth
Experience operating in complex, international environments
Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions
Familiarity with pricing systems, analytics, and digital tools
